LOL....this year's class has only 15 students.

http://www.theindianalawyer.com/indiana ... icle/38054

Every time I think I've seen an infinitesimally small amount of shame being displayed by the higher education-industrial complex, they do me one better.

At least they're all going for free...that should prevent them from transferring out at least.

I realize it is free, but still cost of living and giving up at least a year of your life. I hope the school gets shut down soon

To be fair, while Indiana Tech only matriculated 13 students, Concordia only matriculated 18 (13 full time) and they got approved. Interestingly there was also a transfer from Indiana Tech.

That doesn't factor in the chances of the school closing before you graduate, which in this case are very much non-zero, I'd wager

Hopefully my new Indiana Tech Law School pen helps me fill in the correct answers on the upcoming LSAT. Thanks Sean Middleton!

Don't quite know why I'm blocking out the name, because this was a public post from a prospective law student two months away from the LSAT who still thought he could use a pen.

But isn't all the debt forgiven if the school closes before you graduate?

Because that's a better outcome than what 75% of students end up with.

Fuck it, I want to resurrect this thread. One of their admission reps attempted to friend me on Facebook... Which wow, that's just a new level of creepy.

This is after they've called me 3+ times and won't stop emailing me!!

I was bored at work, and I could not be happier that this thread was resurrected. Holy shit.

Yeah man! I'm sure they can form one hell of a law review with their latest class of 27 (!!) people.

Really, their ABA disclosure form (found here: http://law.indianatech.edu/wp-content/u ... Report.pdf) is kind of a horror show, even for an unranked school. Pretty sure I've never seen an median undergrad GPA of 2.8 for a school before, even from the Cooley's of the world..

Ok I think I found the greatest thing ever.. their 2016 commencement address had Jerry Mathers from Leave it to Beaver: http://portal.stretchinternet.com/india ... Type=video# (he starts speaking at around the 19 minute mark.)

It's worth a listen to him speak, just to hear him deliver maybe one of the most lukewarm commencement addresses I've ever heard.

I keep checking this thread, hoping Tech will be gone one of these days. Like Affleck giving Damon morning rides in Good Will Hunting.

Excuse me, sir, do you feel like something's missing in your life? Something that only going 90k in debt at a terrible law school would solve?

Ugh this is so sad. Beaver going to Berkeley undergrad and working in bank loans and real estate devel. is like tons better than anything those kids can aspire to from this shit hole school. They lowered the bar as much as possible and it's still too high.

Why yes, yes I do! But, would I qualify for IUT? I'm hoping to get a SCOTUS position too, is that likely given IUT's prestige? I friend of mine said that they even are willing to reimburse you for the LSAT! Does it get better than that?

Figured there was no chance the bolded was true. But it's Indiana Tech, so of course the LSAT reimbursement is prominently displayed on the http://law.indianatech.edu/admissions/l ... bursement/. Can't wait to see the eventual 509 and Employment Summary from them, assuming they make it to that point in a couple years.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
