If all things were considered equal; willingness to relocate, cost of attendance and interest in the school, which of these would be the wisest investment in the top 30 range?
Please feel free to elaborate on your choice.

Are you a resident of either VA, MN, or possibly IN, then I would lean towards attending the state schools, W&M, MN, or I-UB. I think that Emory or W&M are perhaps the most portable degrees.

emory for atlanta, WM for DC.
If you pick Emory, you have access to a great legal market and strong east coast portability
If you pick WM, you are strongest in VA with some NY mobility. Keep in mind WM is located in a tourist trap of a town with only 2 "bars" ( more like delis that serve beer).
Conclusion: Emory for the social life. Even law students have social lives.

Emory seems to be the most attractive.
